To all of our new residents... "Welcome to Whitaker Woods". Our Homeowners' Association is a non-profit, self-managed, all volunteer organization. Our community consists of 171 homes located in Cecil County.
The Town of North East is located on the Northeast River and offers a variety of amenities for its residents. Food, shopping, boating, fishing, camping and local festivals are just a few things this quaint town offers.
